Brazilian soccer player shares his journey of faith amidst a successful career with the Brazilian national team and Juventus in Italy. The inspiring journey of Gleison Bremer Silva, who left a humble neighborhood in Itapitanga, Bahia, to shine in European football and with the Brazilian national team, will soon be told in a book.
The work, “The Steel Defender – Kicking Destinies: Bremer’s Legacy”, will be released in the first half of 2025 by the publisher Sou a Ideia.
This autobiography was co-authored with Thiago Linhares, a coach specializing in sports psychology and mental development for athletes. Through their professional partnership—which played a key role in boosting Bremer’s career—they reveal how the footballer overcame adversity through faith, resilience, and determination, shaping himself as both an athlete and a role model for a new generation.
The duo will also release a second book, already available for pre-sale on Amazon. “Bom Dia, Campeão – Devocional: Consciência e Deus” is a devotional work that shares stories of faith and encourages the practice of spirituality.
With inspiring stories of perseverance, practical techniques, and daily reflections, the book promotes high performance aligned with God’s purposes on a 365-day journey.
