“I don’t need to tell you the times that we’re living in. If you turn on your news, if you look at your TV, you see what is happening in the nations of the world: there is great turmoil”, British evangelist Nathan Morris preached at the 2022 Gospel Campaign in Riga, Latvia.
“Governments are beginning to tremble, economies are already trembling under something that they have no answer for. We are seeing such a decline as morality is no longer a standard. We have a generation that is blinded by the spirit of the antichrist that is being released into the world”, he continued.
“You see, God has sent me to Latvia, because there is an alarm that is sounding. It is the call of Jesus to those that He has called, to those that He has chosen, to those that He died for, for you, for me. Jesus is crying out to those that would hear: ‘Wake up, My redemption draws near!’
The evangelist reminded the people to fix their eyes on Jesus and to not let the things of the world blind them or let those things cause their hearts to grow dull.
Wake up
“Once your heart was burning for Jesus. One time you gave your life to Christ, you said: ‘Jesus, I will follow You’. The road of your life was a pursuit after Jesus. But you see, on the road the enemy would begin to attack your faith, to attack your life, that you would arrive in a place that you sing the songs, but there’s no fire in your heart.
Jesus said that in the last days there will be a great falling away. Men will call good evil, and evil good. The Bible says that God made us male and female; in the image of God we were made. But now the devil seeks to attack a generation, so that they no longer know their identity. I’m standing here tonight, because God is sounding an alarm to Latvia: ‘Wake up, come to Jesus, run to Jesus, let your heart burn!’
